We know that sometimes children need medication throughout the day, yet are still well enough to participate in nursery activities.  If your child needs to receive medication throughout the day whilst they are at The Ark, you will need to complete a Medication Form.  For your ease this can be done at home and brought with you for our staff to check and sign in your presence.  Please note that any antibiotic treatment can only be administered 24 hours after the first dosage which needs to be taken at home.
