We firmly believe that our staff are key to the quality and service that parents and children receive at The Ark and Space.  We have a huge emphasis on the training and development of our full staff team.  Our staff undertake both formal and informal qualifications in order that they remain up-skilled in the ever-changing world of childcare.  We recognise that our staff team need time together so with that in mind we hold two full staff training days each year, have a team-building weekend each year and arrange other events where they can spend time with one another.

Our staff team are focussed in two areas:

  • Support team

This enables everyone to concentrate on their skills and perform to the best of their availability.
