Deputy Manager
An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Deputy Manager required to work alongside Senior Management in an idyllic rural setting:
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of Level 3 qualification in childcare
- Full up to date knowledge of current childcare practice and legislation
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- A qualification in leadership and management would be preferable, however, more than 2 years’ experience of leading a team and managing people would be considered
- Ensuring that children and staff are developed to their full potential
- Have a proven track record of involvement in supporting an Ofsted Inspection
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Have excellent written and verbal English.
- A good sense of humour and people skills are necessary to fulfil this role.
Team Leader – Nursery Room
Working with children aged from 2 to 3 years the successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of Level 3 in Childcare
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Have previous leadership experience
- Ensuring that children and staff are developed to their full potential
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Be able to show initiative
- Have a proactive outlook
- A good sense of humour and excellent people skills are necessary to fulfil this role.
- The position is for approx. 40 hours per week.
Deputy Team Leader – Nursery Room
Working with children aged from 2 to 3 years the successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of Level 3 in Childcare
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Be willing to train and develop in a leadership role
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to show initiative and have a proactive outlook
- Keep up to date with current childcare practice and legislation
- Have a good sense of humour and excellent people skills
- The position is for approx. 40 hours per week.
